We’ll also fine–tune all the configuration settings necessary for your web sites to be completely operational on our ultramodern cloud hosting platform.Our techs are completely capable of transferring just about any website. With years of work experience behind their backs, they’re experts in the inner workings of our hosting platform, our Control Panel as well as all other popular Control Panels. For them, transferring a custom web application with lots of custom libraries is as easy as transferring a simple WordPress–based weblog.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time interval, since there are plenty of factors, including the size of the files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our best to migrate your web site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (in case the content is not very large).

A: We will require the login details for your old web hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the site’s name (domain name).

Then we will explain to you how to move the domain to your web hosting account with us and how to edit the DNS records.

A: While we move your website content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the transfer at all. We will never get in touch with them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–powered web hosting platforms. Generally, if we can obtain access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your web site.The only platforms that we don’t support are closed–source web site management platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
